Terms and Conditions for the FIFA World Cup Houston 26™ Host City Bundle Giveaway 

  

1. Eligibility: 

   - The giveaway is open to residents of the United States aged 18 and older. 

   - Participants must have a valid Instagram account. 

  

2. How to Enter: 

   - Participants must complete the following steps to be eligible: 

     1. Like the giveaway post. 

     2. Comment on the post, tagging a friend they’ll bring to the event. 

     3. Follow both @hc_hsa and @fwc26houston on Instagram. 

  

3. Giveaway Period: 

   - The giveaway begins on September 30, 2024, and ends on October 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST. 

   - Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered. 

  

4. Selection of Winner: 

   - The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. 

   - The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 24 hours after the giveaway ends. 

  

5. Prize Details: 

   The winner will receive: 

     - 2 tickets to the El Clasico de Mexico on October 13, 2024, at NRG Stadium. 

     - 2 Host City scarves. 

     - 2 Host City shirts. 

     - 2 HCHSA cups. 

   - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 

  

6. Conditions: 

   - By participating, entrants agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 

   - The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. 

  

7. Publicity: 

   - By entering, participants grant @hchsa and @fwc26houston the right to use their name and entry in promotional materials related to the giveaway. 

  

8. Privacy: 

   - Information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. 

  

9. Limitation of Liability: 

   - By entering, participants release and hold harmless @hc_hsa, @fwc26houston, and their affiliates from any liability for any injury or loss that may occur in connection with the prize. 

  

10. Governing Law: 

   - This giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
